We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at!


Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. In this case, you can also get a free replacement as long as you send proof of damaged / wrong item. 

If your package is lost in the mail you might be eligible to receive a replacement product. If more than 4 weeks have passed after the item was shipped please email me at


Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
